Delivery
Worldwide shipping is free of charge.
All artworks are carefully packed in their original packaging and shipped by courier.
Orders are dispatched within 7 days of receiving payment. Delivery time depends on the courier service and the destination.
Commissioned works, special projects and large-scale orders may require additional production time. Estimated timelines will be communicated in detail.
Delays caused by customs procedures, carrier delays, force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery times.


Customs & Import Taxes
Depending on the destination country, additional customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the artwork price unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Damage
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us at yakimova.marina.s@gmail.com as soon as possible after delivery and provide details of the damage.

Lost Shipments
If your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us at yakimova.marina.s@gmail.com. We will contact the courier service and assist with resolving the situation.


Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the artwork.
The right to withdraw does not apply to commissioned artworks, personalized artworks, custom-made artworks, or artworks created according to the customer's specifications.
Once work on a commissioned artwork has begun, cancellation and refund rights no longer apply.

Return Conditions
Returned artworks must be in their original condition and packaging.
The buyer is responsible for the artwork until it has been safely received by the artist.
The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the artwork.

Refund Process
Once the returned artwork has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.
Refunds will be issued within 7 days after the return has been approved.
